You know what?
- my room is a mess
- i have a b- in math
- every thing i start writing down is terrible
- i'm not doing too well with memorizing these verses
- i haven't made my bed in, like, a month
- i'm falling so far behind on making my family's Christmas presents
- spanish and i just don't get along
- I'm getting annoyed by all these lowercase letters I'm using :P
- I want to just throw myself on my bed and cry. Seriously.
- I actually did that a few days ago. Minus the throwing myself on my bed...
- I just feel...bleck.
- I'm scared of the future
I've got God, and He's always here for me. You also.
Just talk to Him.
Ask Him for Peace. Hope. Contentment.
Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.
~Psalm 55:22 {NLT}

Wonderful post. We all have THOSE days.

That's right Trinka! You know, I feel like this often (Don't worry I have a B in math too!) but it's just God's way of strengthening us!
ReplyDeleteHe wants you to know that you can lean on him the whole way, even if you have to do it for the rest of your life. He's there beside you, holding your hand, and lighting the path for you. Just keep your eyes on Him, something wonderful will come of this!
~James 1:2~
Oooh! I hope things get better for you, Trinka! Life isn't always easy but then... He never promised it would be. =)
ReplyDeleteThat list is how I've been feeling since August =( Minus some extra worries and concerns. But you have a B in maths?! I have nothing in maths, I am so bad at it, and I'm sure you Spanish isn't that bad. I often cry - it helps relieve emotions I find. I am rubbish at memorising verses too, I tried to memorise a verse a day last month, and I managed about 4 for 31 days, so don't sweat it. If you like, you could choose a verse and we could learn it together =) I know I'm a stranger really but you can always talk to me if you want to.

@Beth
ReplyDeleteThanks, Beth. :)Also, thanks for following me! :)
I hope you're feeling a lot better now, dear! I go through those kinds of days as well, and I know how terrible and depressing it can be. But, yes, God is always there for us. And that wonderful verse is an encouraging reminder of His promise to take care of us. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDelete@Annie Lauren Aww, thanks so much for the encouragement and the reminder, girl! I needed that. :)
ReplyDelete@Rissi Thanks, Rissi. :) And that's true....
ReplyDeleteFor some reason that just reminded me of the verse I memorized, 1 Corinthians 3:23- Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord and not for human masters.
:)
@C.C.Shoshanah Oh, I hope you aren't feeling too terrible? Lets hope we can get better at math! :) And that would be cool, memorizing a verse together! Thanks, girly! :)

ReplyDeleteYes, I'm feeling a whole lot better! Talking to God and a good nights sleep is good for that. :)
Thanks so much for your comment!
